Shadow puppets
(suitable for children aged 5-14, in English or French)
Discover the magical world of shadow puppetry! Panadream Theatre will introduce children to this enchanting medium, and will help and guide them in creating their very own shadow puppet which they can keep.
The children will learn the basics of puppet construction, as well as manipulation. At the end of the workshop, the lights will be dimmed and each child will even have a chance to manipulate their creation behind a professional puppet theatre!
There are 2 puppeteers present, and there is a maximum of 30 participants per workshop.
All materials and tools supplied by Panadream Theatre.

Rod puppets
(suitable for children aged 4-12, in English or French)
Rod puppets are some of the most common puppets used in children’s television and theatre, and are very fun to make and animate.
Panadream Theatre will introduce children to this style of puppetry, and will help and guide them in creating their very own 3 dimensional rod puppet which they can keep.
The children will learn the basics of rod puppet construction, as well as manipulation. Each child will even have a chance to try their puppet out behind a professional puppet theatre!
There are 2 puppeteers present, and there is a maximum of 30 participants per workshop.

Puppet Manipulation & other workshops
(suitable for children aged 6-16, in English or French)
Panadream Theatre also offers more in depth puppet manipulation and theatre workshops, where the children will explore movement, storytelling, and voice work with puppets.
All workshops can be catered to the needs of the client and the age of the children.
